Shaping the Booty: From Skinny to Fit (With Pictures)

I hate being labeled a liar.If for a second I did not believe that you can transform your body, I would not be doing it.When I began my journey, seeing this transformation by @tumimillicent on Instagram made me change all I ever believed before fitness.

With strength training and a protein diet, one can be able to tone their body and move from skinny to fit.To be honest,it really sucks to not be able to wear some clothes,whether fat or skinny, sometimes you just want to wear whatever you want.All you need is hard work and a lot of patience.
